Beamlines of the Kurchatov specialized source of synchrotron radiation "KISI-Kurchatov"

BELOK (PROTEIN)

Protein crystallography beamline for X-ray diffractometry of macromolecular single crystals in a wide range of radiation energies. Resolution is 1–1.2 Е for crystals with lattice parameters up to 100Е, and a resolution of 1.6–1.8Е for crystals with lattice parameters of 200Е.

Methods:

• X-ray diffraction analysis of macromolecular crystals with large cell parameters;

• Monocrystalline diffractometry - determination of the spatial structure;

• Powder diffractometry.
